I, Pavel Klimchyk ("I", "me", or "my"), respect your privacy and am committed to protecting it.
This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use my mobile application ("App").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to its terms. If you do not agree with my practices, please do not use the App.
This App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and indicated by an updated "Effective as of" date. Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
I do not collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address, unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, through in-app feedback or when connecting a social media account).
However, the App may automatically collect certain non-personal information ("Anonymous Data") to help me understand how users interact with it and to improve performance and stability.
Anonymous Data may include, but is not limited to: device model, operating system version, app version, language, country, time zone, session duration, screens visited, and general usage statistics.
TikTok Account Connection
If you choose to connect your TikTok account, the App uses the official TikTok API to retrieve publicly available information from your profile — such as username, profile picture, and performance statistics (e.g., video views, likes, followers).
I use this data only to provide analytics, insights, and recommendations that help you understand your account performance.
I do not collect or store your TikTok login credentials and never share TikTok- related data with third parties.
You can revoke access to your TikTok account at any time by logging out within the App or by visiting https://www.tiktok.com/manage-apps and removing the App from your connected applications.
Use of the TikTok API is governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy:
Third-Party Services
To ensure proper functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring, the App integrates third-party services.
These providers may collect Anonymous Data in accordance with their own Privacy Policies.
The App currently uses:
- Firebase— analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring
- Amplitude— advanced usage analytics and behavioral insights
- Adapty— subscription management and in-app purchase processing
Each service provider processes data under its respective privacy terms and complies with applicable data protection laws.
Legal Requirements
I may disclose information if required to do so by law or if I believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect my rights or property, or ensure user safety.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years old. I do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age.
For EU residents, due to GDPR requirements, you must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
Data Retention Policy
I retain data only as long as necessary to provide app functionality and analytics.
If you connect your TikTok account, public profile data retrieved via the TikTok API is temporarily stored only while your account remains connected. Once you log out or revoke access, this data is deleted within a reasonable time frame.
Anonymous analytical data may be stored in aggregated form indefinitely for performance monitoring, without identifying any individual user.
Security
I take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App, including encryption, secure communication protocols, and restricted access.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Data Deletion Requests
The App does not store any personal data on my servers. All information retrieved from third-party services (such as TikTok) remains on your device or is processed only temporarily to provide in-app functionality.
If you wish to delete any data associated with your use of the App, you can do so by disconnecting your TikTok account or uninstalling the App from your device. This action removes all locally stored information.
Your Rights (for EU Residents)
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of access – You have the right to request a copy of the personal data I hold about you.
- Right to rectification – You have the right to request that I correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure – You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- Right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that I restrict the processing of your personal data in certain situations.
- Right to data portability – You have the right to receive the personal data I hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Right to object – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- Right to withdraw consent – Where our processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
