I, Pavel Klimchyk (“I”, “me”, or “my”), respect your privacy and am committed to protecting it.

This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use my mobile application (“App”).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to its terms. If you do not agree with my practices, please do not use the App.

This App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by TikTok Inc. or ByteDance Ltd.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and indicated by an updated “Effective as of” date. Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

I do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address, unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, through support requests or feedback).

Some data may be collected automatically by integrated third-party services as described below.

If you choose to contact me for support, feedback, or bug reports, I may collect your email address, first and last name (if provided), app user identifier, app version, language, and any information you include in your message. This information is used only to respond to your request and improve the App.

The App may automatically collect certain non-personal information (“Anonymous Data”) to help understand how users interact with the App and to improve performance and stability.

Anonymous Data may include, but is not limited to:

device model, operating system version, app version, language, country, time zone, session duration, screens visited, and general usage statistics.

Such data may be processed either locally on your device or by third-party services in aggregated and non-identifying form.

Data Storage & Security

The App uses TikTok login through a secure web-based authentication flow. Your TikTok username, email address, and password are entered directly on TikTok’s interface and are never visible to, accessed by, or stored by me.

Authentication is handled entirely by TikTok or its authorized services. The App does not collect, process, or store login credentials at any time.

Any account-related data used by the App is stored locally on your device. This data is used solely to provide analytics and insights within the App and is not stored on my own servers. Some data may be processed by integrated third-party services as described below.

Deleting the App from your device will remove all locally stored data associated with it.

I take reasonable and commercially acceptable measures to protect data stored on your device. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

To ensure proper functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring, the App integrates third-party services.

These providers may collect Anonymous Data in accordance with their own Privacy Policies.

The App currently uses:

  • Firebase — analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring
  • Amplitude — advanced usage analytics and behavioral insights
  • Adapty — subscription management and in-app purchase processing
  • Apple Search Ads — ad attribution and conversion tracking
  • TikTok — secure authentication and analytics data retrieval

Each service provider processes data under its respective privacy terms and complies with applicable data protection laws.

Legal Requirements

I may disclose information if required to do so by law or if I believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect my rights or property, or ensure user safety.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years old. I do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age.

For EU residents, due to GDPR requirements, you must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

Data Retention Policy

I retain data only as long as necessary to provide the App’s functionality and analytics.

If you connect your TikTok account, account-related data used by the App is stored locally on your device and retained only while your account remains connected. Once you log out or revoke access, this data is removed within a reasonable time frame.

Anonymous analytical data may be processed and stored by third-party services in aggregated form for performance monitoring and improvement, without identifying you personally.

Data Deletion Requests

The App does not store personal data on my own servers. All information retrieved from third-party services (such as TikTok) is stored locally on your device or processed temporarily to provide the App’s functionality.

If you wish to delete any data associated with your use of the App, you can do so by disconnecting your TikTok account or uninstalling the App from your device. This will remove all locally stored information.

Data processed by third-party services is handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Your Rights (for EU Residents)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right of access – You have the right to request a copy of the personal data I hold about you.
  • Right to rectification – You have the right to request that I correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure – You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • Right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that I restrict the processing of your personal data in certain situations.
  • Right to data portability – You have the right to receive the personal data I hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
  • Right to object – You have the right to object to my processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • Right to withdraw consent – Where my processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
